How long does my order take to ship?

Available pieces usually ship out ground within a couple of days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided once available. Faster shipping options are available, please inquire.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, but I have to get a quote and update the sales invoice. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What is your return policy? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return and additional shipping costs. Refunds are only processed after the item is returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. No returns or exchanges for custom commissioned pieces.
